BRADY WHITEHEAD

Brady is a paralegal at SpencerWillson, bringing a wealth of experience and skills to the team. At SpencerWillson he assists with late-night, weekend, and long-term client projects. He also works as a full-time paralegal at a Salt Lake City-based architecture firm. This dual role provides him with a unique perspective that is invaluable to clients and attorneys who Brady works to support.

His legal expertise spans various domains, including finding and interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, indexing discovery, docketing court filings, and analyzing documents and legal issues. Brady is proficient in legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other online platforms, making him a valuable asset to the firm.

With a background as a Paralegal to General Counsel and Clerk of the Ethics and Discipline Committee at the Utah State Bar, Brady is committed to confidentiality and attention to detail. His previous roles involved meticulous legal research and writing. Brady originally met Sarah through her work with the Utah State Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Later, Brady and Sarah collaborated  extensively when Sarah represented the Utah State Bar UPL committee in several litigated cases in which the Utah Bar sought Sarah's representation in seeking permanent injunctions against people practicing law without a license.

Recognizing his exceptional skills and dedication, Sarah recruited Brady to join SpencerWillson in mid-2024, where he continues to contribute significantly to the team’s success.
